Hines - 740 Anastasio is one of 80 projects that has gained a new contemporary reinterpretation, with the full upgrade of the enterprise.
In this new reading, the building maintains the structure and the soul of the previous architecture while also winning a contemporary air of sustainability and sophistication. In harmony with the architecture, the green area is composed of the most varied species, providing a pleasant and welcoming visual effect.
LEED Certification Silver Level
Hines - 740 Anastacio is a CERTEK Construction project with Certification Green Building Council (Level Silver). This certification is recognized in 143 countries and acknowledges and recognises major works built with a focus on sustainability, modernity, safety.
“Hines – Anastacio 740” is CERTEK’s work awarded the 20th Master Real Estate Award in 2014 in the Enterprise Retrofit category.
